Sex related to parasympathetic neuronsystem?

Patient : Hello, i have a problem with my sexual : Firstly, it may be usefull to describe my normal life; i am a guy who is doing sports especially skateboarding and extreme sports alot, and so i have alot of adrenaline in my life. So, appariently my sympathetic neuronsystem is activatet very often. As i know, sexual erection comes from parasympathethic neuronsystem, might it be possible that, when i am one day not actively sporting, that there is kind of a ressource of sympathetic action or hormones or signals which decrease my sexual capativities? becaus if i havent done sports for more then one day, i am not able to keep errection after pregame with my girl, which is ,so am i thinking, not related to stress, because im kinda relaxed during te sexual act. with earlyer girlfriends i was able to keep my errection really long when i first masturbated 2-3 times and then ,1 to 2hourslater, had sex with the. But this seems not to work right now..... So what am i supposed to do? thanks alot, Peter
