Patient :I have started getting really painful cramps under my bottom to ribs when I run. I have never had this problem before at first I thought it was dehydration so I drank more water. Someone told me I was breathing wrong so I tried new methods. I have tried so many different things but they won't go away and they start as soon as I start running. What should I do?
