Shingles 12 times every year

Patient

Q: Im 37 years old and i have shingles . i have had them at least 12 times over the years . my question is why do i keep geting them about once a year. sometimes i feel them coming on but the rash does not come out very painful. can i get the shingles shot after i've had them. theres a rare condition were the rash leaves but nerve damage creates pain on the skin and around the back. whats that condition called and how do i know if i have it. thank you for your time and if you can help please i'm at a loss because it keeps coming back and i'm younger than the average person who get shingles.
