Patient : I'm concerned about my boyfriend. He constantly has to go to the bathroom, he drinks more water than I thought a person could consume, and he is always hungry, and can't function when he doesn't get as much as he says he needs. His hands and legs are always "tingly". These are all classic in diabetics. Should I encourage him to see a doctor? Could this be serious?
