Patient :I play softball , for a while I have been getting these sore spots on my elbow . The muscles is tender and the school trainer said its just sore and I should ice It . But I think it might be more of a joint or tendon problem . When I throw the ball for a long time or really hard or really fast it gets really sore , almost to the point when I cannot throw anymore . Should I get a Right Elbow Brace ? If so what kind do you recommend? Also my right shoulder is starting to pop more , the trainer looked at it and told me I have a inflamed tendon and just to ice it . What else can I do to get the swelling down before tryouts this Monday?
