Should I take an over the counter Emergency Contraception?

Q: Hey, so on July 4th I was out celebrating with my boyfriend. Well doing so I had a bit to much to drink. Later that night I agreed to have sex but after that I didn't remember to much. So first thing in the morning I asked him about it. He informed me that he did put it in but ended up taking it back out because I seemed to out of it. Just to be safe I took a morning after pill. Now, early this morning on July 12th we had sex twice in a row using spermicidal condoms. The first time went fine and after he came he pulled out removed the condom and wiped himself off. About 15 minutes we engaged in sex again with a new condom. After a few minutes into it he said it started to feel even better so he pulled out to check and the condom was broken. He didn't cum for the second time yet but I was wondering if I should take another morning after pill and if I do is it to close to the last time I took one where it'd cause complications?
