Shoulder blade pain for 3 years

Patient : I am a 17 year old female. I've been having back pains just below my right side of shoulder blade for 3 years. It started when I went for a roller coaster ride. Well, it wasn't well secured and during riding that thing, it went a little wild and it bumped hard. I literally heard my back bone click and I stopped breathing for a whole 2 minutes. But in time, the pain reduced and I was better. Unfortunately, the pain didn't completely vanished. It came back when I had a long rough journey or if I sit for a long while. I can't really figure out what's wrong with my back bones so I could really use some help here! - Oh, and the pain becomes even more worse when I take a deep breath. It both hurts my chest and my back.
