Patient : I have been doing bodybuilding from last 5 months,now i have joint pain in my both shoulders and some sort of sound is coming from shoulders. Pain increases when i do butterflyes or incline bench press. I think i have lost my cartilage to some extent. Is it possible to lose cartilage in 5 months of workout. Can glucosamine,condorithin,msm helps me to recover from pain or i should stop bodybuilding. Please help me as soon as possible. Thanks.
