Shoulder pain, Numbness in arm

Patient

Q: Dear Doctor, I am 17, male and recently started wrestling. It was my second lesson and my arm was in an awkward position where in my shoulder (far side of the arm pitt area) felt like it got pulled and i experienced an extreme pain, this quickly resided after 4 minutes. I continued wrestling and because I'm new at it I'm sore from muscle strain (just like normal) however I have lost the sensitivity on the underside of my arm just below the tricep. It has been two days now and the best I can describe the feeling is general anaesthetic wearing off but staying at the same sensitivity (numbness). Any solutions would be greatly appreciated
