Patient :I had surgery 10 years ago for a SLAP tear, I recently have been experiencing some shoulder pain. I happened after I played a volleyball game and the pain/aches haven't gone away. They are not as painful as the first time I tore my labrum 10 years ago, however it is achy. I notice it more when I am letting, doing pushups etc. I am wondering if I should try to strengthen it through yoga and/or stretch... or lifting? What could it be? Just irritation? Should I rest it completely? Thoughts or suggestions would be great.
