Patient : I play travel softball, and I have had shoulder pain in my right arm (my throwing arm)since April or May now. It does not constantly hurt, only after I actually throw with it. After that it is usually sore for about 2 days. When the problem first occurred, the doctor said to rest it and it will get better. So I took a short break probably about 6 ish weeks? Anyway, the pain is getting worse. Usually when I start to throw, the muscle will start to tingle, and get sort of itchy. Then after that, it is just a throbbing pain. What can I do ?
