Shoulder pain that hurts real bad and radiates down arm

Patient

Q: My right shoulder really hurts. Or atleast I think its my shoulder. The pain starts in the joint and then radiates down my arm. It hurts to lift my arm. It hurts to type because my shoulder is moving. I feel a lot of the pain like on my arm, right below the shoulder. It started a few days ago. I was stretching and I felt like I stretched something a little too hard in my shoulder/armpit area, so I stopped. The next day I was sweeping, and I got a bunch of pain in that area. Then, the next morning it was hurting to reach or raise my arm so I started resting it. Now, its two days later since I started resting it and it feels horrible. As I'm writing this it is starting to throb. Do you have any idea what it could be? I assumed it was just a pulled muscle, but I'm not sure.
