Sinus Nasal Congestion and Oxymetazoline Nasal Spray

Patient: I had a cold a couple months back and I used oxymetazoline nasal spray. Now I can’t get off of it. If I stop my nose and sinuses plug up so bad I can’t breath, and when eating I’m gasping for air and practically choking down the food. This is insane and I need to get off of the nasal spray, but maintain breathing while I heal. How can I do this in the most healthy way?
