Skin around anus wont stop bleeding

Patient

Q: Embarrassing question. The skin around my anus is always bleeding when I have been to the toilet. Its like a vicious cycle that never seems to heal itself. The blood is not from the anus or anything like that. Definitely from the skin around the anus. It irritates me quite often through the day also. Is there anything recommended to ease the pain during the day (usually when Im walking around, sitting down I barely notice) or help it heal?
