Patient : Hi, I am suffering from extreme dry, ithcy scaly skin from past few months. My skin have lost the glow, it feels stretchy and it itches a lot, its lose and sagging. It looks very dry sometimes I can see white patches around in some areas. I noticed once I didn't do any exercise and ate lots of diary fat and it improved a little. I am sure its due to some nutritional deficiency coz I have seen it looks improved some days and worse other but I am not able to figure out what is it that makes it improve. Could you please tell me what deficiency could it be vitamins?Minerals?Fats?
