Patient :Hello I have a pretty detailed routine of my daily schedule and sleep routine and I want to know if it looks healthy and or safe. Could you tell me if splitting the sleep into 3 portions of 3,3,1.5 totaling to 7.5 is unhealthy or if it is okay?
