Patient :I have been on a workout route tine for the past 3 months I have been going to the gym everyday except Sunday. I work out at least 30 min a day. most days over 2 hours. I am having trouble sleeping I get about 4 to 5 hours of sleep a night. I am very tired doing the day and feel very fatigued. I have not gone to the gym in about a week because I am too tired to work out. I am not losing much weight and I have changed my diet drastically. I eat most fruits, vegetables and protein very little starch. I go to my doctor for regular check up and all blood work is fine. I only have high blood pressure and vitamin D deficiency. what could be the reasons for lack of sleep?
