Sleep tingling sensation

Patient

Q: I'll try and make this quick... 29 - M - 5'7" - 230lbs, smoker. I suffer from some sort of sleeping problem. When I'm laying in bed it seems just as I hit the point to fall asleep my whole body tingles and I get a sensation that my body is moving back and forth. This in turn makes me wake up and the process repeats, sometimes for a few hours. Had my heart checked: stress test, EKG, echo cardiogram, and halter monitor revealed no problems. Do have bouts of PVC's a few times a month.

Could this be sleep apnea? Am I allergic to something? Have pretty crappy insurance so I'm looking to find out the best place to start.

Thank you,
Bobby
