Small bump on side of foot hurts with pressure

Patient

Q: I have a small bump on the right side of my right foot. The bump is around an inch and a half below the base of my pinky toe on the top side of my foot. I believe the bump is a bone out of place or something similar because it definitely feels like a bump. whenever i put pressure on the bump directly it doesn't hurt at all but when i stand on it or walk for a period of time it ranges from mild pain to serious aching. I've tried icing it and resting it but i'm not sure i got the rest it needed because i had to do alot of manual labor. I'm not sure if this is a sprain or something of the sort so please help.
