Small lump under the skin of penile shaft

Patient : Hello, Approximately 1-2 months ago I noticed a small lump under the skin of my penile shaft. It's best described as about the size and shape of a BB used in pellet guns (maybe one third of the size of a pea.) It's not noticeable by sight but is somewhat obvious when felt. It moves around slightly with the skin and it causes no pain or discomfort. I was hoping it would go away on its own but it doesn't appear to be fading. I've done some research on this and it appears to be somewhat common as I've read many statements and descriptions very similar or exact to mine. Hopefully you can help me identify this and recommend treatment! Thank you.
