Small Red bumps on my Groin.

Patient : I have small red bumps on my groin area and I'm not sure what they are. I've never had unproctected sex and I don't have any of the symptoms of herpes. I was wondering if it was just MCV and it will go away on it's own. Or if it might be Folliculitis, because I haven't had sex in a while and it seemed to show up and grow as I started shaving again and they don't itch often and they aren't sore either. But I've been tested for STD's and I don't seem to have any.
