Small squishy lump on left shin of left leg??

Patient : I have a small squishy lump on my left legs left shin. It's midway between my knee and my ankle on my left leg and slight off to the left. When i squat down, it sticks out a little bit and when you press it, it's squishy and feels like there is liquid in there or something. When I press it, it almost feels like it sticks for a second and then pops back out. When I stand up, you can't see it and you can barely feel it. Any idea??
