Smoking around a child

Patient

Q: My wife and i resently had a baby girl (5 weeks). My question is: My parents are coming to visit and my mother smokes. She will not be smoking in the house or in the vicinity of the baby. She will be smoking outside as well as washing hands and face afterwords. Is the baby at any risk smelling cigarettes which lingers on the body and clothes.

Thx in advance
