Snapping hip syndrome

Patient

Q: Hi I'm a 15yr old girl and I have snapping hip syndrome in my right hip, I have seen doctors about this and they gave me physio therapy which didn't work, I then got discharged in October and they told me I would most likely get it in my left hip as well. Lately since November I have been getting really bad back ache but in my lower back on my left which stops me from doing things for a while as it cramps/spasms up and will last on and off for up to a week and in the morning everyday a mild lower back pain and was just wondering is it due to snapping hip syndrome and why is it severe pain, also I was wondering why my right hip has been popping more often and if there is anything else I can do to help the pain.
