Patient : So on march 7th of this year i went to a championship basketball game. to see my classmate play. i get a migrane after the game but thats normal because ive had them growing up. then i get home and take a excedrine and lay down and wait for it to stop and it does. but after it stopped it felt like my heart rate slowed down too much so i had a panic attack i think so i got up went to my living room and calmed down. the next day i woke up and i was just exhausted i didnt have any energy i was dizzy and my head was clouded and i could think straight also my stomach was burning and i had heartburn. so i decided to just try and wait it out. on the monday i went to the doctor told him what was goin on and he prescribed me medicine for stress. that was 7 weeks ago. about a week and a half ago the brain fog left but i still dont feel like myself plus i have muscle aches and joint pains. i think i had been under too much stress because i had been understress a lot prior to my little break down on the 7th.
