So on Saturday May 9th, 2015 I started working out


Q: So on Saturday May 9th, 2015 I started working out at home. My daily workout plan includes pull ups, push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, squats, 10lbs & 15lbs dumbbell reps, and occasional running. On Sunday I didn't workout because I usually take the next after a workout off as a rest/recover day. By Monday morning I noticed the I couldn't move my left arm, and it was in extreme pain. From my shoulder bone to my elbows was/is very swollen, red in some areas, and looks to be a bit out of place. I've suffered muscle spasms before from workouts and rough playing with friends, but I could never tell if I really hurt myself or if it was minor. I been to the hospital before and the long wait isn't ideal from me just for they to send me home with rest instructions and no meds. So what do you think I should do? And do you think I may have fractured my left shoulder, and/or left elbow? Any advice would be greatly appreciated and duly noted. Thank you!
