Something is suddenly preventing me to lose weight

Patient

Q: Hi Doctors,
I am a very fit 18 year old and am 5 foot 2 and currently weigh 110. This past month has been a little weird. I go to the gym about 4 to 5 times a week and do cardio and strength and 1 month ago I weighed 107 lbs. 2 weeks ago I went on vacation and gained a few pounds, as I am now trying to work it off again I am working even harder than I used to and its not coming off! 1 month ago when I used to work out I felt the results 1 day after and it was evident on my stomach area. But now nothing helps and I always feel that something is preventing me from losing weight. I have always had the same eating and work out habits. The only thing that has changed is that I have started talking Hair Skin Nail Vitamins but I stopped talking them 1 week ago becuase they are making me break out. Any advice on what might be going on? I thought it might be water weight but I always stay hydrated, dont eat very much salt or anything. Help!
