Something serious, or just an insect bite?

Patient : Today, I have woke up to find I had a mildly swollen, ring finger, left wrist, right pointing finger, right elbow, and a little bit on my foot, thinking it was just an insect bite, even though I found no puncture holes, I took an antihistamine and applied some antihistamine cream to the areas, it has been 14 hours since, and the swelling has gotten worse almost severe, I'm not sure if I need immediate medical attention or not, Can you please give me some advice with what my next step should be?
