Spinal diagnosis and limbs falling asleep

Patient : I am a 37 year old female with degenerative disk disease, spinal stenosis and spinal athritis in three vertebrae in my lower spine. I have recent;y been experiencing my arms and legs falling asleep at night while I am lying down. I am wondering if this is related to my spinal issues and if thre is anything that can be done. I have managed my pain through mostly exercise and physical therapy. I take tylenol pm somewhat regularly to sleep, but I do not take any narcotics or nerve medication. Should I be concerned?
