Sporadic vomiting

Patient : About 3 months ago my daughter swallowed a quarter after several X-rays and a scheduled surgery to have it removed she expelled it the night before surgery. She had the quarter in her for almost 4 weeks. Since this time my daughter has had sporadic vomiting with low grade fevers. About 1-2 times a week which occurs in the morning.. she will vomit continually for a couple hours then it will stop and she is fine. They never ran any tests and she has been at the Dr several times since. She is 2 years old and was born with 1 functioning kidney which she see a specialist for.. is there any advice or ideas u could give me or even a direction to go in..
