Sports injuries, Knee and neck pain caused sport. Aged 16

Q: Hi, I m sixteen and have been training jiu jitsu. A while back I twinged my neck sparring and a year later it hasn t been the same since. Neck injuries are more easy to cope with as you can still move around. I used to play football at 14 and popped my knee about ten times and became swollen because I m an idiot. After doing jiu-jitsu for a year and a half the knee injury has come back and I ve dislocated it twice(not really dislocate it moves out of place and straight back in). My movement is limited now. I ve seen a Gp and 4 physios/specialist/Nerve people all who have been of little to no help. Any advice or has anyone experience with these problems

Symptoms:  Pain, Immobility.
