Patient :Hi, im trying to lose fat in my butt, it sticks out and is very embarassing and makes me very uncomfortable. I have tried working out and eating right but it hasnt worked... maybe im not eating right ? or maybe im not exercising right, What exercises should i do ? and what should i eat in order to lose wait in my butt ? And how often to do the steps ? (P.S. I tried the doctor oz stuff, didnt work)
