Steroids and joint support.

Q: I had a question about steroids and joints. Im currently 19 and have been training for the past 4 years. For about a year now my joints have been easily injured over and over, specifically my shoulders and knees. I have tried everything to avoid injury and promote recovery but the problem doesn't seem to go away. I was wondering if it would be possible for a doctor to prescribe some sort of steroids to help me with joint support or repair. I have done some research and apparently Deca, hgh and testosterone all show promising results for joint support. So what i want to ask is: Could and would a doctor prescribe any sort of steroid for my problem?
