Stiff neck 2 months after pregnancy

Patient

Q: Gave birth 2 months ago, have a stiff neck that hasn't gone away yet. I had preeclampsia, a slightly lowered blood platelet count, and iron deficiency when I was pregnant.I had an epidural, took magnesium through an IV to control high blood pressure. Blood pressure reach to 200/70's the night of the day I got discharged to go home from the hospital, I was seeing lights since it was so high. My mother is in her 50's and has multiple sclerosis. Could my stiff neck be related to the epidural, iron deficiency, or something else?
