Patient : When I exercise I get a tightness in my chest. I can pop my sternum like it was a knuckle. I went to the doctor and he said it was chostochondritis and gave me Ibuprofen but that didn't help at all. Some days it's just annoying to have it and others it hurts a lot when I make certain movements or exercise. I've also gotten x-rays that came out okay. This has been going on for about a year.
