Stomach cramping, nausea and dizziness

Patient

Q: I have been having stomach cramping for over a week, that is also accompanied by nausea and dizziness. It seems to either happen in the morning until late afternoon or in the afternoon to late night. The pain will ease up with food and nausea will go away with food. Tums do not help neither do over the counter pain medicine. I am not sure if it is an ulcer or a pregnancy.

Symptoms:  Dizzy, nausea, drowsy, vomiting, headaches, stomach aches/cramps, and fever shivers.
