Stomach Pains Only Relieved Sexually

Patient : I am 17. My girlfriend and I have been dating for one year and a half. When we began to have sex, three or four months into the relationship I began getting stomach pains. We only ever had sex with a condom and she was my first so there was no chance of an STI,STD. To begin with I got these pains when I was angry or very upset, emotional, or when I was horny. But after a while these pains went away and I didn't think anything of them for a while. But recently they have come back but are more frequent and more random. They mostly arise when I am angry, like before, but they also come randomly when I am with my girlfriend, sometimes in bed with her intending to sleep, or when I am horny but sometimes they are just random which is frustrating. After thinking about it I realised that they returned after me and my girlfriend began having sex without a condom and sex felt better for me. I have been for a sexual health check and I don't have an STI. My stomach feels like it is being squeezed and is very uncomfortable and I cannot sleep with the pains. And I am a rugby player so am not a wuss when it comes to pain. The only way so far I have found to relieve this pain is sexually i.e ejaculation which is very frustrating. I would just like to know if you could give me advice on what is causing the pain and why I get them? Or what else I could do to relieve them?
