Strange crotch problems

Q: I'm 14, haven't started my period, and have a lot of stress in my life, first of all. For almost a year, a strange bread-smelling vaginal discharge has been showing up in my underwear. It's not a yeast infection, or at least, one that could be cured by over the counter remedies. I've also had a re-occuring-self-treating bladder infection. Over all, my crotch smells bad, and is very dry. I've had to use spit as a relief. I'm not sexual active except for once, but the discharge problem started before then. Also, the discharge is very mucus-like and yellow. I try to wear panti-liners, but I can't change them as often as needed during school, and I have a shortage of underwear at the moment (the dogs like that taste of the discharge. Blechh!!). So sometimes I have to go a few days wearing the same, gross panties. Please help :(
