Strange looking throat/bumps/lumps and horrible taste.

Patient: Hi,I have been having a strange taste in my mouth for some time now and it is usually more noticeable when I swallow or when I drink something plain like water.When I look in the mirror at my mouth and throat I see a number of things I don’t think look normal;- Constant white coating on tongue.- Small red bumps on the back of my tongue.- Many red, white and flesh coloured bumps on the back of my throat.- White patches on Uvula.- Swollen / bumpy and lumpy paletine tonsil.- Worse than normal bad breath in the morning.- Strange taste in mouth. Milky or like mothballs.- Bad smelling saliva. Worse than normal.- Persistent dry mouth.- No pain at all in mouth or throat.Male6ft12.8 StoneGenerally HealthyNo other health problemsAge 25.Thank you for your help.
