Strange symptoms

Patient : I am a 33 year old female and recently I went to my Dr. thinking that I was suffering from a bladder infection. My urinalysis showed ketones and no sign of infection. Also I have been having some upper abdominal pain on my left side just under my ribs. The pain seems to come and go. I have also been noticing my hands swelling for no apparent reason. I have also started noticing that my legs and back seem to sweat profusely while I am sleeping. Are these symptoms of diabetes or something else, should I see my Dr.,or is this all in my head?
