Strep Throat

Patient: I think that I may have strep throat because I have many of the symptoms, I endured a fever for almost two days and I took medicine for it and it went away, however I developed an achy throat and I thought it was a sore throat but when I looked in the back of my throat I had white patches on my tonsils and they were enlarged, that and my tongue was also swollen and it too had a white rash. It hurts when I eat so I’m reduced to eating soups and its somewhat painful when I swallow. Should I seek medical attention?
