Strep throat, skin infection, bactroban

Patient: I went to the Dr yesterday and he prescribed my azithromycin for strep in my throat and bactroban for my skin. I have saveral large open sores on my face that are very infected. Ive been using the bactroban for a little over a day now and Ive noticed little to no difference in my sores. Also, clusters of tiny clear liquid filled blisters have developed around all of the sores that werent there before I began using the bactroban. Is this a negative reaction or is this normal?
