Stressful life

Patient: When I was 15 I was tested for my tolerance to sugar. AT 22 I got a constructionn job and I hated it. We had to pretend to be working and the people I had tioo work with. Prior to this I couuld drink a gallon of juice before bed time and not h ave to get up to pee. After being on this stressful job I started getting up a couple times a night to go to the bathroom. Also, my urine once a month would stink very bad. I feel it must have been someting the body was tryingto get rid of the stress caused this. SO why did this happen and why did it never change. I never got a good night sleep for 20 years. Unitl I went on a trip and was gone for a month and wasn’t drinking any tea or sugar and I started sleeping all night long. So what happened to me with the stress and the smell and what affect does the sugar have on the body?
