Struggling with Hypoglycemic Attacks

Patient

Q: I'm a college student with hypoglycemic and a very low immune system, I eat a balanced diet- except I am allergic to gluten- but I fill this with other sources of fiber. Recently I've been having some very scary attacks. I also have had a very bad background with anxiety and panic attacks but not recently. Ultimately I'm wondering if I have another disease such an anemia or what is wrong with me?

Symptoms:  Sudden, intense cold flashes that last for hours, body aches, NO FEVER, feeling weak, light headed/dizzy, blurry vision, suddenly pale, tingling in hands and feet, pounding headache
