Q: Hello. I am 19, and have no major health issues. I was wondering, is it okay to take prenatal vitamins even if I am not pregnant? I am not necessarily planning to become pregnant, it is kind of an "if it happens it happens". Also, would it be okay for me to take bamboo extract, prenatal vitamins, and green tea extract as daily supplements together? I wasn't sure if taking them all together would have any adverse effects. Are there any other supplements you would recommend for all around better health? Stronger hair nails/better skin/immune system/ and cancer runs in my family, so anything cancer preventative? Thanks so much!
