Patient : Hi,
Im 14 years of age,i play soccer outside of school and i am fit and healthy.
I recently signed up for a gym to gain more muscle.I workout once every second day to let my body rest.I lift weights and do at least 10-15 reps and 3-4 sets on each equipment.I sometimes take a protein shake afterwards as well.My diet is healthy ,i do not have many junk food.
Could you please tell me if the following things above i am doing will stunt my growth.
