Swelling below jaw- right side

Q: Hi, I have some swelling below the jaw on the right side only. Its been there for few weeks and now I feel it has grown slightly; although it does not pain. I read that it might be related to lymph nodes but obviously I am not sure if that could be the only cause. Under such situation, what could be the cure for this swelling. Pl note that I also have mild skin infection due to which the skin on the tip of hands (2 fingers only) and feet peels off during winter season.

Symptoms:  Excess sneezing happens once in a week
