Patient: For the past 2 weeks, my feet and ankles have been swelling. I have made changes recently, but healthy changes. For the past 3 weeks I have been working out everyday doing a boot camp style workout and I’ve been eating better– I have cut all grains from my diet and I eat proteins, fruits and vegetables. I noticed the swelling had started last week and I thought it would just go away, but it’s still present. Putting up my feet brings some relief, but I have no idea what could be causing such swelling. Any ideas?
