Patient : I am a 23 year-old with multiple enlarged lymph nodes on the right side of my neck. I have had them for almost a year. It's hard to tell if I have swollen nodes in my armpits as I have Fibrocystic breast disease. I recently had a sonogram confirming the nodes and noting more than I thought. I just finished a 10-day round of antibiotics with no obvious difference. My WBC was 6.0 and I had no obvious signs of infection in my blood work. I feel fine. They are recommending that I get a CT of the neck for a better look. What could this be and should I be concerned?
