Patient : Hello,
I have been to a few doctors to find out what might be wrong with me. I was in the hospital about a couple of months ago cause i had chest pain and shortness of breathe. They did a chest x-ray and blood work and it all came back negative. Also I should mentioned that I was diagnoised with Sjogren's Syndrome. Now about a couple of weeks later I went to the Pulmanary doctor for the shortness of breathe and chest pain. I did a breathe test and that came back normal. Ok now the Pulmanary talked to my Rheumatologist to see what she wanted to do. See decided she want to run some more test which was the doopler which the guy who did the exam said I have Edema. I also took a chest x-ray that came back normal. Ok now a month later, which is now, the ankle or the foot is swollen. It is swollen near the ankle again. As like the last time it was the whole area then it became one sided. The last time took a week to go away and this time it is still very much swollen and it has been so far only 3 days. I had no injury to the area. What could it possibly be? Also what started to happen about a couple of weeks ago, my upper leg feels uncomfortable but it does not hurt. What might be causing that?
